Machine Gun Kelly was arrested in Florida in late January for disorderly conduct. However, details about the event were unknown until now.
A security guard has reportedly filed a lawsuit against the rapper (real name: Richard Baker) regarding the incident, claiming he threw a bottle at him during a massive bar brawl, slicing his finger wide open (see graphic photo here ). According to legal docs, MGK caused Long to be hospitalized for eight days, which included two separate surgeries.
He is seeking unspecified damages in excess of $15,000.
MGK’s camp has yet to comment on the suit.
